In advance of any formal procurement process, CIÉ is seeking to engage with the marketplace in respect of potentially revising its current liability insurance programme structure. The market is asked to consider the questions contained in the Appendix published with this notice with a view to assisting CIE understand the optimum procurement strategy and the market position with respect to the restructuring of its liability insurance. CIÉ may consider these responses in the finalisation of its insurance cover programme prior to formal commencement of the procurement process. The Market Consultation document is preliminary in nature and is being made available on the understanding and condition that it is to be used solely for the purposes outlined above.
