Tender description

Bristol City Council is seeking to procure goods and services for a smart home pilot within a district of the city involving 150 homes from a supplier or consortium (must have a lead contractor). These 150 homes will be recruited from within 240 homes that will receive more traditional retrofitted energy efficiency solutions such as LED lighting, boiler upgrades, solar pv and insulation. Both elements of the project come under the project name ‘Smart Homes’. Please see published documentation for detailed specification of requirement. This tender is open and will be evaluated using the MEAT methodology.
