The aim of this procurement is to establish a supplier who can provide general cleaning and grounds maintenance services at Trinity House depot Harwich depot. The sites this service are applicable to are: — The Buoy Yard (all areas), in George Street. — Main Offices, The Quay. — A domestic dwelling in Fronks Road. The requirement is for the supply of general cleaning services, including but not limited to: — General Cleaning; — Window Cleaning; — Grounds maintenance (including the garden at Fronks Road property). (Any other Ad-Hoc requirements that may arise).
