Caretaking and Facilities Services for Hounslow Professional Development Centre (HPDC) at St John's Road, Isleworth

Tender description

We are seeking to appoint caretaking and facilities services to the Centre and require the following services/duties: • Opening and closing premises • Key holder support • Operating security system i.e. CCTV • Use of alarm system • Security checks • Managing on site security operation Managing environmental standards as required • Heating • Lighting • Water and waste • Managing minor repairs on an ad hoc basis • Supervision of on-site projects • Supervision of cleaning staff every morning • Winter care of the building • Rock salt car park when required On site planned maintenance as required • Water testing for contamination and recorded (Legionella) • Emptying of all recycle bins throughout building • Stock control of toilet rolls and handwash • Stock control of refreshments • Litter pick and sweep grounds • Unblock toilets/maintain facilities.
