Tender description

Belfast City Council (‘the Council’) invites tenders for the Tender for measured term contract for repair, maintenance and minor works for Fire and Intruder installations The works shall include the supply, delivery, off loading, erection, connection, testing and commissioning of all plant, equipment and materials required to carry out the works as described hereafter in this specification and pricing schedules for the properties for Belfast City Council. The agreement shall include, but is not limited to, the following and be applied to the properties as detailed in the specification: — Programme and carry out Periodic Tests and Inspections of Intruder Alarm Installations in compliance with BS4737 and all relevant European Directives, — Completion and Submission of Test and Inspection Certificates in compliance with BS4737 and relevant European directives and this specification, — Preparation of Defects List including — non compliances, faults including details of remedial works required. MTC for installation and repairs of Fire and Intruder Alarms at various BCC sites.
