Leasing and loan solutions are to be offered: Leasing Solutions are required to cover both Operating and Finance leasing services for a range of NHS assets, this may include a range of equipment, including but not be limited to: — Medical equipment; and — IT equipment. This requirement excludes property leases. Loan solution services are required to cover a wide range of funding needs, this may include a range of requirements, including but not limited to: — Building/turnkey works; — Maintenance requirements. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial combined expenditure will be in the region of 500 000 000 GBP in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. Estimated value for all services covered by this framework over the life of the agreement is shown below.
