Tender description
Southampton City Council is currently reviewing its estate of large and small format outdoor advertising, with a view to procuring a new city-wide digital approach in 2018-19. We would like to invite suitably experienced providers to a pre-market consultation day. The purpose of the consultation is to allow suppliers to showcase their products and services and explain how these might be beneficial to the council. This information will be used to help inform the business case.
