Tender description

The project involves developing 1.2ha of back land into an urban park with an access path traversing over a 20m drop across the site. The mature trees on site are to be retained, removal of any trees to have prior agreement. The work consists of minor earthworks, lay hogging dust paths with kerbed edges, lay paved areas, erect gabion retaining walls, place steps & ramps, lay land drainage, lay a gravel labyrinth, sow forest & garden planting, fit seating & signage and plant trees & shrubs. Site access will be through the Presentation Centre carpark. Access off Irish Street is limited due to a 10m side slope incline.
