Tender description

This Prior Information Notice is being published by the RSA for the purposes of informing potential service providers of the upcoming public competition for the provision of the NCTS. The current NCTS Project Agreement is due to expire in early January 2020 and the tender process will seek to appoint a single national service provider to deliver these services. Prior to the anticipated issue of a contract notice the RSA would like to hear from interested parties to take part in a market sounding exercise. The attached Market Consultation documents provides information on the NCTS and the Market Sounding Exercise. This is not a call for competition, no tender documents are available and no proposals are being sought at this stage.
