Tender description
Call systems are required within 4 DCC Adult Care establishments. The call system will incorporate a range of assistive technology including tele-health and telecare. It will allow users to call for assistance as well as be dementia friendly with a number of triggers that will automatically alert staff to the client’s needs via a range of peripheral systems. This contract is for a one off requirement, anticipated to commence in December 2017. Further information can be obtained by submitting any clarifications via the electronic tendering system.
