SPAARS Provider Engagement Event

Tender description

The London Borough of Brent (LBB) would like to give notification of a forthcoming provider engagement event regarding the commissioning of a Single Point of Access Service for adult social care information, advice and guidance (AIG) and support services: 22nd November 2017 from 9:30am until 12:30pm at the Wembley Learning Zone, Wembley Stadium, Wembley. Middx. HA9 0WS. The event will focus on the service design and future tender of a service which will bring together a range of Adult Social Care information, advice and support services via a Single Point (Hub). The services to be delivered via the single point of access include: carers AIG and support services, direct payments AIG and related support functions, advocacy (including care act advocacy, IMCA and appropriate adults) and social isolation and social prescribing.
