Tender description

Provision of intervention and prevention services for Lot 1 — Support for People with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Conditions and Lot 2 — Neighbourhood Services for Older Adults. For older people living in the London Borough of Barnet whenever they feel they would benefit from participation. In general services will be targeted at those over the age of 55 (although exceptions can be made at the discretion of the provider). The service will provide support to both people who are Care Act eligible and those who are not Care Act eligible. For people living in the London Borough of Barnet, who are aged 18 years and over. The service will provide support to both people who are Care Act eligible and those who are not Care Act eligible. The service will work with people with: — learning disabilities, — autism spectrum conditions.
