Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Marketing Support Services in India for Education in Ireland

Tender description

Enterprise Ireland wishes to establish a single-party framework agreement for an in-market business support service with the capacity to provide effective brand development, marketing (including advanced social media use) and event - management services that aid the recruitment of students to Irish HEIs. Support will be required for Education in Ireland as the national brand at a strategic and operational level. It is anticipated that the contract will run for an initial twenty four months period with the option to extend on an annual basis for a further two years (up to a maximum four years) subject to satisfactory performance, budgetary review and business needs. The anticipated commencement date is September 2017.
