Renovation of Major Voids until 31/03/2019

Tenders are being sort for a contract running until 31st March 2019 for the renovation of void properties that require 'major' works. Presently there is a single property requiring 'major' renovation, 6 Princes Street, Cheltenham, GL52 6BE. However with CBH managing approximately 400 voids a year it is possible that others 'major' voids will become occur and it is intended that these will be renovated under the contract arising from this tender. From previous experience the number of major voids per year range from 0 to 3 and as a consequence the value of works that will be ordered under the contract has been estimated as being between £35,000 - £150,000.
