Tender description

Warrington Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from Service Providers of Adult Social Care, currently registered with CQC to deliver Domiciliary Care for Older Persons/Physical Disability and Learning Disability. The Rapid Access Service will provide immediate access to Domiciliary Care for individuals who require safe and timely discharge from Hospital, Intermediate Care or who require an immediate response to maintain their health and wellbeing in their own accommodation.
