Tender description

Hartlepool Borough Council is currently developing options for the "Waterfront", the area previously known as Jackson's Landing adjacent to the newly formed National Museum of the Royal Navy. In order to achieve these objectives we need experienced experts to carry out investigations, to identify the vessel's conservation needs, and to assess the feasibility of our options.
