Provision of Occupational Physiotherapy Services

Tender description

As part of our comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) and Employee Well Being Service we provide onward referral for employees for an assessment of suitability for Physiotherapy and subsequent treatment sessions if deemed appropriate. Up to a maximum of 6 sessions are usually funded. There are no self referrals from employees permitted; all referrals must be sent following an assessment by the OH team. We are looking to appoint suppliers across 4 different locations to provide these services to Blackpool Council employees and its customers (Fylde Borough Council, Blackpool Coastal Housing, Blackpool Housing Company). The exercise will be broken down into lots to facilitate this: Lot 1 - FY1, FY2, FY3 Lot 2 - FY4, FY8 Lot 3 - FY5, FY6, FY7 Lot 4 - PR postcodes
