Tender description
In partnership with Historic England, London Borough of Sutton are seeking project management services from a conservation and heritage skills accredited consultancy (the Consultancy Team) to lead on the Partnership Scheme in Conservation Area (PSiCA) from December 2017 to March 2020. You will bring conservation, regeneration, engagement and strong project management experience with a flexible approach to working to develop, manage and implement projects. You will have experience of successfully project managing similar schemes - ideally externally funded, with experience of contract management, procurement, finance and risk management and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with planning and regeneration colleagues, Successful Sutton Business Improvement District (BID) and Sutton Heritage Action Zone (HAZ) partners. In particular, you will have a strong commitment to engaging with local people, businesses and secure an early buy-in. Keywords: project management , regeneration , heritage, building conservation
