Public Health England (PHE) is inviting tender applications to undertake the following work: • Review current Health Needs Assessment (HNA) approaches and develop a robust practical tool for local use • This will include; a) To review the evidence base and literature b) To identify current approaches in being utilized locally c) To work with experts to develop a HNA and pilot within 4 areas d) Refine HNA based on feedback and develop a practical evidence based tool to support HNAs e) Consider the feasibility of, and considerations for wider roll-out; f) agree a dissemination process
