Tender description
Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (SMDC) wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor to deliver repairs and refurbishment works to 9 industrial/commercial units bringing the units up to a lettable standard. The units are situated at Leekbrook and Town Yard in Leek Staffordshire. For further details about the required works, please refer to the documents available in the supplier attachments area of ITT 30554. We expect the completion of works to take approx. 8 wks starting in January 2018, upon satisfactory performance, the Council will extend the contract upto 1 year in total for any additional ad-hoc requirements at other units.
