Tender description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton seeks to continue to deliver Restorative Justice Services for every victim of crime and anti-social behaviour within the areas of Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton. The Contract will commence on 1.4.2018 and will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton seeks to continue to deliver Restorative Justice Services for every victim of crime and anti-social behaviour within the areas of Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton. Victims who are interested in engaging in a restorative process irrespective of the offence or the time elapsed since the offence was committed should be fully supported, subject to appropriate risk assessment. The service will also be extended to some offenders responsible for the offence or incident of anti-social behaviour. The supplier will design a service capable of maximising service capacity and successful outcomes within the funding made available.
