Mid Sussex District Council (MSDC) is inviting quotations for the supply of professional advice on a range of cost and viability assessment work, relating to the strategic allocation for a residential led, mixed use scheme which is allocated for development in the draft Mid Sussex District Plan ('the Plan'). ***This is a closed quotation. Only those invited to quote by the Council are eligible to bid. In-Tend has an error where it stills sends out opportunities even when closed. If you haven't been made aware of this opportunity prior to it being published I am sorry but you won't be able to bid.***
