Tender description

This Statement of Requirement is for the supply and delivery of a Haemostatic Gauze to the UK Armed Forces. The services to be provided are one of the following Haemostatic Gauzes: Celox Rapid Gauze, HemCon ChitoGauze PRO and QuikClot Combat Gauze. This requirement is for the supply and delivery of a Haemostatic Gauze to the UK Armed Forces against the time scales yet to be agreed. This requirement should be read in conjunction with the schedule of requirements (SOR), Statement of Requirements (StoR) and other associated documents which defines the articles to be supplied and the overarching Terms and Conditions of the contract. This is to be a 2 year agreement with 2 option years, with first orders expected to be raised in September 2017. The services to be provided are one of the following Haemostatic Gauzes: Celox Rapid Gauze, HemCon ChitoGauze PRO and QuikClot Combat Gauze. The supply of one of these three Haemostatic Gauze's are to be supplied to primarily to our warehouse based at Third Avenue, DSDC Donnington, Warehouse 33, Building B3, Teleford, Shropshire.
