The University of Birmingham invites tenders for the supply of the following: Sonic Anemometers — A number of sonic anemometers required to produce time histories of 3 dimensional velocities within the TRAIN Rig building and at field sites (typically trackside). — Velocities in the range of 0 to 40 m/s, with an accuracy of 0.2 m/s, at a sampling rate of 100 samples / sec. — Quotes will be provided for 5, 10 and 15 anemometers, including any discounts for multiple purchases. — All necessary power supplies and cables must be provided. — A full data logging and processing system shall be provided, with the ability to download data to all common analysis platforms. — A training package must be provided for a group of users.
