NIAUR are considering how best to procure an IT database and Market Surveillance System. As part of the preparation Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) is running a Market Engagement of behalf of NIAUR and are inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who may have an interest in this project to complete a questionnaire via etendersNI under CFT1206691 which will be available from 8.11.2017 until 22.11.2017 to assist NIAUR gain a better understanding of the feasibility of their requirements, the most appropriate approach, the capacity of the market to deliver and any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. Any information provided in response to this Market Engagement exercise marked as commercially sensitive will be treated as such. NIAUR are considering how best to procure an IT database and Market Surveillance System. Information gathered from the exercise will be used in the development of a business case on the most suitable approach to meeting the operational and management needs of NIAUR.
