The London Borough of Merton is seeking experience providers to submit tenders for the provision of Domestic Violence and Abuse Services within the Borough. The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Service Specification (Services).The opportunity is divided into 2 lots and providers can submit a bid for one or both lots. Lot 1:The functions of Lot 1 can be summarised as: Working with high risk victim-survivors to safety plan Working with medium risk victim-survivors Stepping up and stepping down victim-survivors according to need Working with social care to undertake assessment of the child's needs and wishes Identifying range of agencies required for intervention. Liaising with other interventions and providers, providing and receiving advice if required. Liaise and work with the lead officer for ‘team around the family’ supporting your client and their families through this work.
