GB-High Wycombe: Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration for Temporary Accommodation Scheme

Tender description

Wycombe District Council proposes to build a temporary accommodation scheme using a modular/offsite manufacturing methodology. The Council is seeking tenders from suitable skilled, qualified and experienced advisors to provide quantity surveying and contract administration/Employer's Agent services through design, development cost estimation, works procurement and delivery of the works contract. Tenderers will be expected to have previous experience of applying their quantity surveying and contract administration/Employer's Agent skills on a modular/offsite manufactured scheme similar to that described in the invitation documents.
