Early Engagement/PIN to engage with companies that offer specialist Fire Safety Services to existing residential or commercial buildings, such as: Works: -Fire Break Passive Protection Solutions -Installation of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems -Fixed Firefighting Systems Services: -Specialist Fire Safety Consultancy Services & Fire Risk Assessment -Service and Maintenance of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems -Maintenance and Servicing of Fire Fighting Equipment and Associated Services. Supplies: -Supply of Fire Safety Equipment, Signage and Associated Services. The will be a Framework or/and Dynamic Purchasing System Opportunity that will be divided into lots. LHC considers that this framework may be suitable for all economic operators including small or medium enterprises(SMEs), any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
