This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) intends to conduct an Innovation Day with potential suppliers to develop a deeper understanding of potential solutions in respect of a Secondary Payment Service Provider. If you believe that you would be able to fulfil these requirements and perform these services, then we would be interested to hear from you with an outline of your proposals. The Agency intends to engage with the supply market to explore options for a Secondary Payment Service Provider. We intend to convene a Supplier Innovation Day in Swansea on 5th December, where suppliers will be given 1 hour slots to discuss possible solutions. Prospective suppliers are asked to register interest in attending by emailing the address provided. The intention is develop and enhance DVLA's awareness and understanding of potential solutions, timescales for implementation and identification of options. Advice, information, guidance and feedback will assist formulation of a procurement strategy. A high level specification of requirements is available on request.
