Events 2018 – Safety Management

LCC are seeking to engage companies to provide Safety Management for its major events in 2018. The programme for 2018 is as unique as this City. 2018 will be a not to be missed journey celebrating the City’s position at the epicentre of UK art, culture, fashion, business and sport attracting extensive worldwide global media exposure. Therefore Culture Liverpool, Liverpool City Council, is looking to appoint companies to provide Safety Management to support and deliver its major outdoor events in 2018. Suppliers are invited to submit bids for one or more event. All submissions will be assessed individually against each event. Below is a calendar of projects that the successful Safety Management companies would be potentially involved in. Event 1 - Chinese New Year 2018 - 16th - 18th February 2018 Event 2 - Tall Ships Regatta - 25th - 28th May 2018 Event 3 - Liverpool International Music Festival 2018 (LIMF) - 21st – 22nd July 2018 Event 4 - Clipper Round the World Yacht Race Finish 2018 - 28th – 29th July 2018 (TBC) Event 5 - 5th November Fireworks - 5th November 2018 Event 6 - Civic Service of Remembrance 2018 - 11th November 2018 Keywords: safety, event, management
