Tender description

Oxford is home to a number of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers who have English language needs. It has been identified that many migrants require additional support before they can attend accredited ESOL level 1 and similar courses. Non-accredited pre-Entry ESOL was identified as an area that required further support. Oxford City Council has been successful in gaining central government funding from the Controlling Migration Fund. We have a funding opportunity to provide unaccredited pre-entry ESOL and orientation courses; improve ESOL delivery in Oxford and support the development of service packs. We are looking for an organisation to deliver a 2 year programme Year 2 funding is dependent on achievement of year 1 outcomes. . Keywords: Migrants, ESOL, Education
