Design Services M&E (Projects of Value Over £4.0m)

Tender description

The framework contract 1792/MR Design Services M&E delivers building engineering consultancy services, and involves the provision of design of mechanical and electrical building service systems, for Client new build projects, major and minor refurbishment projects over the value of £4.0m. The framework will in addition deliver stand-alone individual design projects for electrical and mechanical systems or a combination of both. The 1792/MR Design Services M&E (Project Value of Over £4.0m) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022. The contracts on the framework will be awarded independently of each other, and there is no requirement for any tenderer expressing an interest in 1792/MR Design Services M&E (Project Value of Over £4.0m) to express an interest in any other of the contracts forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy framework 2018 - 2022. Likewise, tenderers requesting an expression of interest in 1792/MR Design Services M&E (Project Value of Ovder £4.0m) will not be excluded from expressing an interest in any other contract forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.
