The London Borough of Barnet is seeking to appoint a sole service provider to deliver design and creative services for the Authority. Design and creative services will play a vital role in the delivery of a new strategic communications model for the Authority. The key drivers of the Contract are to secure an efficient, cost effective and flexible service that will provide design and creative services for a wide range of print and digital communications material and content, as well as providing access to more specialist services when required. The contract will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 1 year subject to budget constraints and performance.
