Tender description

Powys County Council are establishing a framework agreement for settings providing Flying Start to designated geographical areas within Powys. The Flying Start programme is to ensure that all Flying Start eligible children resident within the specific postcode areas of Welshpool, Newtown, Ystradgynlais Brecon and Llandrindod wells, have access to free, high quality childcare for up to 2.5 hours per day, for a maximum of 12.5 hours per week. Children will start childcare from the term after their second birthday until the term after their third birthday. This tender is available in both Welsh/Cymraeg (ITT_62685)and English (ITT_62679).
