Tender description

Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to complete communal flowing works at sites across Rhondda Cynon Taff. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required services. The contractor will be required to undertake services comprising of: • To provide communal flooring as requested by task order to the agreed rates. Each and every works order will require a Construction Phase Plan is accordance with the CDM requirements 2015. • The Contractor shall be responsible for thoroughly inspecting the site, carrying out investigations required and accurately determining the precise quantities of items of work in submitting their tender. • The Contractor shall also determine all labours and measurements required in order to carry out the works. Claims for re-measurement because the Contractor has failed to carry out a detailed investigation in order to determine the precise nature and quantity of the works will not be considered. • The Contractor is to include for all costs associated with the management and co-ordination of all sub-Contractors.
