Tender description
Portsmouth Hospitals Trust are looking to replace their current Occupational Health Clinical System with a more advanced system. Employee Database Personal information Employment information — More than one post — One employee working for multiple employers or moving between employers — invoicing must be correct ESR interface/integration to update personal and employment information Medical information — conditions, allergies Archive leavers Import/Export staff transfers Diary Clinic management — Link to staff and rooms — Flexibility to alter sessions or create ad-hoc sessions — Blocking and annual leave — e.g. block all sessions for staff member Appointment booking — Record first offered appointment — Show availability and clinic utilisation — Find next free appointments Clinical History Attach copies of scanned documents ESR integration — import and export imms/EPP info for IAT Record dates, test results and outcomes of assessments — Automatically plan follow-up events from outcomes — Present previous results and show trends Fill in history sheet/notes from consultations — Reviews — present previous notes for comparison Fill in forms for assessments — Fill in from previous assessment if applicable — e.g. medication Record telephone advice given and duration of calls Planned events have due dates Gather and integrate information into a single place so that the practitioner can get an overview and review all the patient's information. — Sort chronologically — Group/filter by case and type — e.g. show only contacts about a referral, or show only blood results — Expand/collapse? Summarise? Memo/Reports/Certificates Template letters — Automatically pick appropriate template or present a list of only relevant templates — Pull information from the assessment and employee's record — Appointment letters: pull information from the appointment diary Keep copies of correspondence in clinical history Workflow Mark cases or pieces of work that need follow up Assign to admin/practitioner or group of admin/practitioners — ‘in tray’ Write notes for handover Due date / KPI Recall Record on history that reminders have been sent Immunisations and blood tests — Send reminders to employees — Escalate to managers when still outstanding Health Surveillance — Proactive/planning — Reminders for employer (SME)?
