Tender description

Wrexham County Borough Council is inviting bids from interested parties who are able to meet the Council's requirements for Enforcement and Debt Collection services. The intention is to use a framework of 3 providers upon which to call off services, which are to be provided for residents of Wrexham County Borough only. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend it for an additional 12 months. The estimated numbers of referrals for the financial year of 2016/17 are detailed below. Please note that these referral volumes may fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed: Council Tax — 2 591. Business Rates — 88. Parking Referrals — 325. Sundry Debtors — 442. Applicants should be aware that tenders for individual service arrears cannot be awarded and any interested party must be capable of providing enforcement and collection services for all of the service areas listed above.
