Tender description

It is the intention of Derry City and Strabane District Council, as client, to appoint a multi-disciplinary integrated consultant team (ICT) to assist Council's Capital Development Section in the design, tendering, administration and supervision of the construction of a new Brandywell Sports Centre, with associated natural grass and synthetic turf pitches. The project has evolved in response to Derry City Council's Strategic Outdoor Playing Pitch Development Plan as prioritised by the Waterside Neighbourhood Board. Working in close consultation with the Employer, the ICT will be required to provide a design that meets the strategic aims and objectives of the Council and to manage the construction of the sports facilities at Clondermot within quality, budget and programme requirements.
