Tender description

FAO ELIGIBLE LOCAL AUTHORITIES ONLY This is an opportunity for eligible LA's to apply for funding under the air quality grant scheme 2017/18, under Section 31 of the Local Government Act 2003. The opportunity is open to LAs in England where Defra’s national air quality assessment, as reported to the EU Commission, identified and/or projected an exceedance ; and/or that have one or more Air Quality Management Areas (AQMAs). AQMAs must have been declared on or before the 31 March 2017.
