The installation of a new drainage, water and power supply connections to the existing services located nearby on site. 3. The construction of a reinforced concrete foundation slab to accept the modular unit. 4. Supply and installation of modular DDA compliant generic semi-automatic toilet unit. 5. Site reinstatement.
