The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a competitive tender for an agreement (the Contract) to procure structural engineer consultancy service (RIBA plan of work stages 1 to stage 7) consultancy services in connection with structural underpinning works at Uxbridge Early Years Centre, 57 Park Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1NN (the Services) The Services are to include project management, preparing feasibility options, developing all aspects of the designs, obtaining planning permission, supporting the procurement of works contracts, administering the works contract, managing defect rectification post practical completion and advising and assisting Hillingdon on discharging its client duties under the CDM Regulations (the Project).
