Tender description
The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a Service Provider to undertake a stock condition survey across the operational and commercial stock of The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. This condition survey will assess the condition and long-term investment requirements for commercial properties (not including those under housing stock) and operational buildings (it also includes some street art and memorials).
