South Gloucestershire Mental Health Partnership (SGMHP) would like to invite expressions of interest for the provision a Wellbeing College in South Gloucestershire for 2018/19 with a view to reviewing the role of the existing college during this period and then aligning it with a new integrated model for healthy lifestyle and wellbeing services from April 2019. The current Wellbeing College (WBC) is a mix of peer support groups, courses and taster sessions across South Gloucestershire covering a range of content that helps promote positive mental health and emotional wellbeing. This has included courses on anxiety, emotional resilience, physical activity and art. It may include sessions on improving sleep or massage. There may be content on issues such as debt, benefits and support access or remain in employment. Indeed anything that can contribute to improved emotional wellbeing.
