Tender description

SOHT wishes to extend an original contract under Regulation 72 (1) (b) of PCR 2015, the contract was awarded following a Further Competition conducted under the terms of the OGC RM713/3 Framework Agreement. The Trust is publishing this notice of its intention to award a contract to Kainos Software Ltd. SOHT requires the continued functionality of an electronic document management system which was originally awarded under an expired OGC Framework Agreement RM713/3. Additional works and services are required and a full re-procurement of the system would not be economically viable. The Trust understands that it is unlikely that an alternative supplier would be able to access the software to support and extend as required. A potential new supplier would require substantial duplication of costs already incurred.
