Ongo Homes Ltd are tendering for the development, supply, and implementation of a fully functional asset management software solution suitable for use in the Housing Sector. Ongo Homes Ltd is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) currently owning and maintaining nearly 10 000 homes across the whole of the North Lincolnshire Region. Ongo Homes Ltd is wholly owned by Ongo Partnership Limited. Ongo Homes Ltd is a charitable Community Benefit Society registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (Registered No 7639). Ongo Homes Ltd are tendering to appoint a suitable software provider who can develop, supply and implement a fully functional asset management software solution suitable for use in the Housing Sector. The required asset management software solution should provide methods for managing: — Building attributes, — Adaptations information, — Condition and maintenance information, — Projects and programmes of work, — Contractor information, — Energy efficiency, — Decent Homes analysis, — Housing Health and Safety ratings, — Asbestos, — Fire risk assessments, — Asset liability register, — Gas safety, — Water safety, — Electrical safety (EICR), — Compliance elements, — Lifecycle costings. Ongo requires a flexible and fully integrated solution that will allow it to keep asset data current within its existing Housing Management system as well as any newly proposed system. Tenderers should be capable of providing a complete and suitable solution with facilities for reporting, compliance, implementation, and on-going service, maintenance and support.
