Tender description

The retention of the Council's existing Planning, Environmental Heath and other services software (‘Idox’) for a further period of time. The Council has a licence to use ‘Idox’ Software — a package of modules for planning, planning enforcement, environmental health and licensing requirements that has been in place since 2011 as a result of a competitive tender under the CCS framework applicable at that time. A five year contract has been awarded to continue use of the same software in a hosted environment.
