Tender description

WSCC are tendering for the provision of a maximum 30 beds in the care category of ‘Band P’ Frail with intensive/complex physical care, needs for use by Social Care teams in the Southern and Mid-Sussex Adult Social Care localities. Contracts will be awarded to between one and four Service Providers in accordance with the West Sussex County Council 2007 Care Homes Contract and the Supplementary Agreement and will commence on 1.3.2018, for a minimum term of 24 months and a maximum term of 60-months from the commencement date. Services are to be provided in West Sussex to serve Worthing Hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath and therefore the location of the service must be within reasonable distance of the respective hospital. The requirement of these contracts is for the provision of up 6 beds, in the care category of ‘Band P’ Frail with intensive/complex physical care needs for use by Social Care teams in the Southern Adult Social Care localities.
