Tender description

Expressions of interest our sought for the Operation and Management of the Council's Household Recycling Centres on a performance based contract for a period of 5 to 7 years. The tender includes up to 6 HRC's, the Council's bring sites provision and its bulky waste collection service. The Council will be looking to partner with organisations who have a track record of maximising both recycling and reuse of household waste and preference will be given to organisations with links into social enterprise and charitable organisations. Any organisation interested in this tender should contact Harvey Mitchell via email at harvey.mitchell@flintshire.gov.uk. The tender documents will be released in early December but anyone interested in tendering is invited to visit the sites week beginning the 20th November.
