Tender description

Optivo is proposing to appoint a number of preferred suppliers for the provision of temporary and permanent recruitment services who will support Optivo in recruiting talent to maintain the organisation's value with an emphasis on added value and substantial reductions in our cost. The estimated contract value based on 2016/17 spend is 3 150 000 GBP. Optivo aims to reduce this recruitment cost significantly to circa 500 000 GBP — 1 000 000 GBP per annum through improved in-house resource planning and also obtaining value for money through the upcoming tender process. The proposed contract length would be for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for an additional year (this is subject to change).
