The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to select a suitable cost effective, efficient and innovative service provider to Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), for mobile services to: • Manage the current infrastructure; • Reduce indirect expenditure for the group; • Identify opportunities for ongoing cost savings; • Provide suitable management information reporting; • Establish and maintain agreed service levels; • Provide innovation continual throughout the duration of the contract; • Continually monitor services and address specific needs; and • Provide a suitable billing solution for mobile telecommunications.
